The FTD Biomarkers Initiative from The Association for Frontotemporal Degeneration (AFTD) supports biomarker research to improve diagnosis of frontotemporal degeneration.

Applications are open to:

1. Academic medical centers, universities or non-profits. Industry partnerships are encouraged.

2. Biotechnology companies. Funding is provided through mission-related investments that require return on investment based upon scientific and/or business milestones. Existing companies and new startups are eligible

The award provides up to 700,000 USD for up to 2 years, including 10% indirect costs. Learn more and apply here
